01

What cookies and storage are

Cookies are small files a site stores in your browser. Browser storage, such as localStorage, works in a similar way but stays on your device and is not sent to the server. We use both to keep the site and the staff console working.

02

Strictly necessary cookies

These cookies are required for the service to function. They cannot be switched off through the cookie banner.

03

Functional storage

These items remember your preferences. They stay in your browser and are not shared with us as tracking data. We write them only after you accept functional cookies, and turning that category off removes what we already stored.

Functional browser storage
NamePurposeDuration
hr_consent (localStorage)A browser copy of your cookie choices.Until you clear your browser storage
healthradar:table:<id>:<part>Remembers staff table column widths, visibility, order, and pins.Until you clear your browser storage
healthradar:operator-shell:sidebar-widthRemembers the staff console sidebar width.Until you clear your browser storage

04

Analytics and advertising

We do not run analytics or advertising cookies on the public site. Visitors under monitoring interact through WhatsApp, SMS, or email, not through the website, so no website cookies are set for them.

05

Managing your choices

You can accept all cookies, reject non-essential cookies, or manage categories from the cookie banner or the settings below. You can also clear cookies and browser storage from your browser settings, though some strictly necessary cookies are needed for sign-in.
