How it works

From arrival to resolution.

HealthRadar is a continuous loop: data in, monitoring on, risk evaluated, cases owned, and outcomes recorded. Each stage is designed so public-health teams can act without waiting on a separate report.

Travellers with luggage moving through a busy airport arrivals terminal.

Eleven stages, one continuous loop.

Select a stage to see what happens at that point and who owns it.

  1. Visitor records enter from the sources your programme already uses: forms, APIs, attendance, ports of entry, or other configured feeds.

The visitor's view is a short message, not a portal.

Daily check-ins arrive on WhatsApp or SMS. A few answers are enough to keep monitoring moving, and to open a case when something needs a person.
